The young deer had already made the decision to settle in and chose the ideal location in Amsoclie’s living room to remain dry and away from the storm. Amsoclie took a humorous picture of the infants and uploaded it to Imgur. It turned out that they entered the house through the back door that she had left open by accident. “I raise orphaned wildlife. Recently, the back door was open as a storm was coming. The deer were nowhere to be found. Went inside, was heading to the front door, only to see them next to an end table in the living room. Told them they could sleep in the house for the night because it was going to be nasty” Amsoclie wrote in one of her posts. Amsoclie’s home is close to the forest. She always had a soft spot in her heart for abandoned animals because it has always been home to stray animals. She would occasionally feed them and play with them for a while. The fawns were safe and warm in Amsoclie’s house when the storm struck. They gave her a lot of kisses as if they were saying thank you for letting them stay the night, and they slept well.
